2. Booking and Payments
To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.

3. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is structured as follows:
Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. The deposit will be fully refunded.
If you cancel between 13 and 8 days before arrival, 30% of the total reservation amount will be charged.

4. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Please inform us of your expected arrival time in advance. We will do our best to accommodate arrivals outside these hours whenever possible.
Check-out by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-out must be requested in advance and may be subject to additional charges.
Documents: Upon check-in, all guests (including minors) must present a valid ID or passport for legal registration with the local authorities.

Smoking is prohibited inside all rooms and indoor common areas of Casa Marchionneschi.
Pets are welcome upon prior request. An additional cleaning fee applies.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property, furniture, or equipment during their stay. Any damage caused by guest misconduct or negligence will be charged to the guest, excluding normal wear and tear and standard maintenance, which remain the responsibility of the owner.

Casa Marchionneschi shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, power outages, or other force majeure events.
